Identify reveals this to be a ring of counting: When faced with an enumerable stack of objects, the wearer can instantly identify the number of objects in the stack. It should be noted, it will only count items of the same type. So, a pile of coins that has 218 coppers and a single silver will be counted as 218.

Identify reveals this to be a ring of counting: When faced with an enumerable stack of objects, the wearer can instantly identify the number of objects in the stack. It should be noted, it will only count items of the same type. So, a pile of coins that has 218 coppers and a single silver will be counted as 218.
