Red Iron

Red Iron is a magical variant of Iron Ore mined in Iros Forge in the Bloodmane Hills. It is prized for its value in creating weapons and armor with special properties.

Red Iron has all the properties of cold iron. Red Iron is 10% heavier than regular iron.

Weapons made from Red Iron:
- Have a +1 enhancement bonus
- Have the chaotic trait.
- Do 1 point of Chaotic damage in additional to regular damage.
- May have any Chaotic related enchantments cast on them at one-half experience and material cost.

Armor made from Red Iron:
- Has a +1 enchantment bonus
- Has 1/lawful
- May have any Chaotic related enchantments cast on them at one-half experience and material cost.

It can also be known by the names Devilbane, or Dwarfbane.
