Masked Gnome's Ring

A simple band made of iron, inlaid with gold and red iron. An engraving along the inside, in Gnomish, reads "Count the stars in the heaven to measure my love, count the seconds until we meet again."
Identify reveals this to be a ring of counting: When faced with an enumerable stack of objects, the wearer can instantly identify the number of objects in the stack.
