Mat the Slaver

A dealer in Servitor slaves (Kobolds only have been noted so far), with some unspecified stake in the arena at Kred (he is most likely the owner). He hangs out in a smoky warren secreted within Kred with several unsavory smuggler types (including a certain One-Eye).
