Psychic Reformation

Psychic Reformation is a Psionic power in the Pathfinder system. It works as described in the D20 Pathfinder SRD with the following exceptions:

  1. Manifesting time of 15 minutes per level that the manifester is reaching back into. So for a 12th level character, changing a decision made at 6th level would take 1 hour and 30 minutes to completely manifest the power.
  2. Recovery time increased to 24 hours per level that the manifester is reaching back into. So in the example above, recovery time would be 6 days. Each day, one negative level (as per the power's description) is recovered, so there would be a -6 penalty to various things during the first 24 hours it's manifested, then -5 the next day, and so on.
  3. No augmentations of any kind.

One manifestation can be used to change multiple decisions at multiple levels. The manifestation time and recovery time would be based on the earliest level that changes are being made at, regardless of how many other changes are being made at more recent levels.

List of things you may change according to the power's description. Other items would be at the DM's discretion:

  • skill ranks
  • feats
  • spells/powers

Attribute increases are technically a "decision" made at an earlier level, but since attributes are a core part of a character and not purely mental like skills, feats, and spells, they cannot be altered with the use of this power.
