Construction began in 100 FI and was completed in 125 FI, though many additions and improvements have been completed since that time.

The anteroom, a large entryway addition from the 8th century FI, is a large, octagonal foyer added under the orders of Odriss Rockheart, resplendent with a series by renowned muralist Anzo Riveroler.
