The Temporal Authority, located to the west of Gildenhome and across the Chrysanthemum Bay from Alexia. There is a shitty, unlabeled map in the Atlas that should at leave give some idea of its location. It is a peninsula carved out of Gildenhome after the Prophet's War as a show of good faith (as the Dwarves did *not* support Alexandria in that particular war) so that the church would be centered in no single nation. It's heavily dwarven in culture, although the percentage of other races there is much higher than in Gildenhome proper. -gm
