A minor city and county seat of the Avenum Province in Ubrekt. This city sits on the southern border of the Wydmoor Swamp, and is connected with Wydmoor Free City by the local lake system. Political and economic power is primarily concentrated in the hands of ethnic Ubrekti landlords, with a massive underclass of ethnic Hakani humans who subsist largely as sharecroppers and itinerant laborers.
It is known for petty provincial politics, a moralist culture that contrasts sharply with Wydmoor to the north, and the enchanting Crestfall Forest. For a number of recent months, it was terrorized by monstrous turtles that emerged from the swamp, although this problem seems to have subsided in recent weeks.
