Minor Artifact : The heart of this item's power is a shard of the hobgoblin artifact, "Totem of Ill Weather", several centuries ago a fist sized chunk of amber was stolen from it, carved in the shape of a human heart. That now sits in the fist of darkwood branches, shaped like a skeletal grasping hand. Peering deep within the stone, one can see a single insect on unknown type entombed inside.
Without the "True Name" Feat:
