- Honestly, that might be the only level 9 power I even get. Damn, high level psions bloooooow.
- Allow party access to Natural Talent/Wild Talent feat, then load them up with first and second level powers.

- Level Feats: Probably ALSO Expanded Knowledge (+2 HP per Expanded Knowledge, for another +12 on top of earlier feats)
