That's about right. The Alexandrian Universities are modeled after the first modern university in Hakan. The ancient University in Ubrekt had a different structural model. I had trouble tracing the exact origins of the three-tier model of university education, but my assumption for my world is that they are based on the guild ranking structure. (Apprentice, Journeyman, Master) For understanding purposes, Primary Measure is a good BA/BS standing (generally liberal education concentrating around a specific field. Secondary measure would be a masters level, a more non-liberal and concentrated examination of a select field, while the Master of Craft indicates a rarefied and minute concentration on specific fields, or subfields. -gm
