Germain can, as well, via the E-mail Ring. Though, actually, the magical wards Edrell keeps on himself at all times might make a sending spell impossible. -gm

Poor LE

In before LE becomes the next Arak:

it was Arak who first discovered and awoke the Black Wyrm while poaching in the Tragidorian Forest. The exact means by which the Wyrm was uncovered and awoken is unknown, but as a result Arak became possessed by the Dark Lord's energy and became the first Dark Oracle.

Poor Mose won't figure this out, of course. He gets chastised for trying to save the world (i.e. proposing taking LE to the Church/University), but then gets talked out of going with his (brilliant) gut instinct for the sake of loyalty to the party (he trusts the "smart" people to do the planning). Man, Mose is going to be the most depressed paladin in the world-- he has a chance to save the world but will blow it because he's an ol' softy. "Mose's Grand Folly" is what they will call it in the history books, I suspect.
Or maybe it's "no big deal" and Egg / Kimika will save the day and cure LE. ;) -Mattie 13:47, 25 May 2012 (EDT)

Swamp Gate

Why are we entering the city through the swamp gate and not through the magus keep? --Msallen

You are not anymore.
The main reason is because, when you left, your people were in charge of the swamp gate and they could actually open it. That's also how you've been coming and going, and using the Tunnel/Gate to go to the Magius Tower. See, it's a very practical problem - the physical opening and closing of the huuuge Magius Keep gate was operated by golems. All the golems are dead, so those gates literally are unopenable until you can get someone on the winches strong enough to turn them. DC 24 strength required to open/close the magius gates. -gm
