- I once saw three male geese kill a fourth for literally no reason (all domestic geese, no female geese or food to compete over). I feel like they fly in formation as their minimum effort to survive, and probably hate themselves the entire time. -slitherrr (talk)
- I guess. Human's aren't much different, and they are definitely a set of cooperative organisms. Even if it's an organization full of assholes, it's still an organization. --Msallen (talk)
- That's certainly true. My thoughts are more from a "paragon of X" kind of perspective, and my personal experience with geese is that they are huge fucking jerks even compared to other animals, even though it's undeniably true that their status as flock animals definitely puts their objective cooperativity at a higher level than the average animal. -slitherrr (talk)
