A mountainous kingdom in the Southeast of the Unknown Lands. It, like all five of the outlander kingdoms, was formed in the wake of the overthrow of the Elan Bakufu's fourth Dynasty in the Alexandrian Year of 1044.

Its king was recently killed while negotiating with the giant tribes of the high peaks. It is now being ruled by a child king. His mother, the keen eyed and sharp tongued Dowager Queen acts as regent and handles matters of state assisted by a cowed, but otherwise effective, council of ministers. The rescued War Minister, a northerner from Po who was captured in the field with the King when the forces of Wa army was routed, has returned to his position and convinced the Regentess of Wa of the reality of the Giantish plot.

The City of Wa is the kingdom's capital.
