Hmm. Did it give a GP and XP cost for the permanency? It's odd that there is not one. I don't hate it otherwise. Might restrict it to "non-bludgeoning" attacks for flavor purposes, but otherwise a nice, workman spell. -gm

Silvered Claws
Transmutation
Level: Druid 1, ranger 1
Components: V, S, DF
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Touch
Target: One living creature touched
Duration: 1 minute/level
Saving Throw: Will negates (harmless)
Spell Resistance: Yes (harmless)
This spell allows the target to treat all of
its natural attacks as silvered weapons.
The spell affects slam attacks, fist or
claw attacks, bite attacks, and any other
natural weapons the target creature possesses.
The spell does not change an
unarmed strike’s damage from nonlethal
damage to lethal damage, however.
Silvered claws can be made permanent
with a permanency spell.

It didn't have any additional cost for the permanency. Screeny: http://screencast.com/t/jS8mUkIl -- seems reasonable to me to treat it like Magic Fang: 9th CL and 500 XP.
Comparable spell level and ability? Yeah, I'd say so. -gm
