May only be cast in settings with a reasonable amount of dust, leaves, and other light ground cover, such as light forests or scrublands. (Cities and rocky deserts, for example, would be right out, while sandy deserts would work.) The spell will only lift detritus and dead-fall, if there is none available, rather than uprooting living plants and leaves, the spell simply fizzles.
