Mat

Edrell's raven familiar. Like most of his kind, his eyes are dark and beady. He is known to be sardonic in speech and mannerisms. He refers to Edrell as "The Boss," and refers to everyone else as something insulting. Has been seen in human form at least once, while communicating with Gnob's Folly (although they knew nothing of his relationship with Edrell, or the Azure Geese whom he was representing, only that he was not as he appeared to be).

Thanks to Edrell's enchantments, Mat can cast greater invisibility at will in his natural form, and has demonstrated the ability to see invisibility, at least in human form. A magical examination of Mat in human form indicates minor and intermediate level magic items filling every possible slot.
