These stats do not include the +2 to one ability for being a human. Two ways to go are :
1. wisdom (AC, Will Saves, Monk's Special Ability DCs, and Ki pool down the road) or
2. Dexterity (AC, Reflex Save, Most Monk Skills, and To-Hit if you choose Weapon Finesse as your level 3 feat - which you almost certainly would want to with an 18 Dex and might even want to with a 16.)

Level 1 Feat: Speed of Thought (+10 Move Speed)
Monk 1 Feat: Deflect Arrows (1st successful missile attack deflected each turn)
You might want to exercise a different option depending on your choice for your stat. If you bump dex, you might want to go with Combat Reflexes which gives you +4 AoOs a turn and the ability to make them even flat footed (ie: surprised or not yet having acted). If you go with Wisdom, you might want to consider Scorpion Style which is a Standard Action Attack (ie: only attack you get that turn) that makes the target save or only get 5 foot moves for the next 4 rounds.
