The favored weapon of the Peteran people is a small, light scimitar made through processes kept secret. The Peteran Scimitar is as a regular scimitar, except with one-half weight and hit points, with a 20% increase in base cost. Due to its lightness, it is considered a light weapon, and may be used as a finesse weapon.
