A magical monocle carried by the Kobold known as The Professor. When worn, user receives a -10 to spot checks, but a +5 to Disable Device and Decipher Script checks. If used more than 10 rounds in a day, it gives the user a terrible migraine. (One point of Intelligence Damage.) Continued use past that point increases the severity of the headache. (One point of Intelligence Damage every five rounds.)
