Accounting (via http://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/other-rules/creating-new-races)

  • Small size (0 rp)
  • Dex +2, Wis +2, Int -2 ("standard, 0 rp")
  • Xenophobic (0 rp) - Start only with local language
  • Natural Armor (2 rp) - +1 natural armor bonus to AC
  • Expert climber - (climb 2 rp, expert climber 4 rp) Geckoloids have Climb Speed (20'). They receive +16 to Climb checks, don't have to make climb checks except in really severe circumstances, can always take 10 even when in danger, and can cling to walls and ceilings as long as there are handholds (basically, non-magical spiderclimb, except without the smooth surfaces)
  • Sticky fingers (1 rp) (ex) - Get a +2 racial bonus to steal or disarm combat maneuvers when unarmed (or through the Sticky Tongue ability, see below)
  • Small sticky tongue (~1 rp) (ex) - Can use tongue to make a steal or disarm combat maneuver with a 10' reach. This provokes an attack of opportunity as normal if the Geckoloid doesn't have the Improved feat for the maneuver, and if any damage is taken from the resulting attack of opportunity, this ability is not available again until the Geckoloid receives healing of some sort (roughly, a low-powered version of the 2 rp "sticky tongue" ability)

alternate is darkvision (2rp) and light blindness (-2rp)

Not a lot of tropical rainforest in the Mainland, but these guys are a good fit for the Outlands. -gm

Is there some way to refer to the planet this is on? So I can say something that includes both Mainland and Outlands without having to be specific (or stupid-verbose)? -slitherrr (talk)
Boreal (funny, because it'd actually be Austral, but that has no meaning on Earth) rainforest would also work, but Ulan is all steppes-y, right? No Pacific Northwest analogs? -slitherrr (talk)
Not really? Sidhe-Praxen is the only fully-tropical biome. The Quiram Woods are subtropical. If by Pacific NW you mean generally damp and chilly, your best bets are probably the Sedgewood in Celestia or Crestfall Forest in Ubrekt. Not sure they're a good fit for any of these places, though. -gm
Really the only requirement is "really big trees, and preferably wet". But the more settled it is the less likely, and Celestia being a Scotland analog means it's probably about as dense as Europe (which is to say, less than Bangladesh, more than the American West). Russ's whole backstory hinges on Celesti population expansion, after all. -slitherrr (talk)
Also, just to be clear what I mean by Boreal rainforest (http://www.quinaultrainforest.com/pages/loop.html), since you mention S-P I figure you might be conflating "rainforest" and "tropical". -slitherrr (talk)
Also, no name for the major continents or the planet. I'm the worst, right? -gm
Well, people usually have a name for the literal dirt they're standing on at least, even if the concept of an "entire world" is weird. SO YEAH THE WORST LIKE LITERALLY DAWG -slitherrr (talk)
