Are runes a common way to store one-use magical stuff? -66.207.91.56

- Do you have to be able to cast the spells in question in order to create these runes? Are they like wondrous items in terms of off-spell prereqs or are they independent of your spell list (i.e. recipe based)? -Mattie
- Errr, I editfailed this. It works just like scribe scroll in every way, except runes are way more expensive than a comparable scroll, because they can be activated by anyone who knows how, rather than a spell which can only be used by a knowledgeable caster.

Current status
Did this guy survive? I don't think he was listed as one of the refugees or workers or confirmed dead and I didn't see anything in other game notes after "makes deal with Naprid"--Bartley (talk) 17:00, 16 May 2016 (EDT)
