Fiddled around with a Bag of Holding until determining that it was probably no safer to go across the threshold in it than not.
Got Thed healed and buffed up, then had him dive through. He managed to survive at -4 HP, despite a horrific failure on his Reflex save, by just baaarely making the Fort save (DC 25, he made a 26)
Shoved potions down his throat until he was as good as new (minus blindness)
Made our way up a long corridor. Got jumped by specials at the midpoint, boomer ignited a horde, Gil popped that just to make sure everyone else was covered in goo (because it's only fair), managed to take out smoker and hunters after some scary loss of HP (and a lucky lucky grapple check against a Hunter) by Thed. Thoven also took out 18 out of 20 common undead with two fire spells. Yeesh.
Kept trucking, murdered a couple of clothing stores, and found ourselves outside of the throne room, awaiting the big finish

7 remove disease potions (on Kib's person)
2x lesser restore potions (each, 10 total)
2x cure minor wounds potions (each, 10 total, minus 2 each from Thed and Kib, and 1 from Anise)
38 pp, 16 gp, 51 cp
A bunch of unidentified scrolls

Quite a piddling haul for Thed almost getting killed twice. Alexandria is a harsh mistress
