Testimonial of Marrwyn
The Testimonial of Marrwyn Teldandilion was written during her Arch-Wardenship. A child of the Elven royal court, her account primarily chronicles the politics and intrigue of Steros Merroand and Mythrian Arabelle's unification of Alexia, as well as that of Alexandria in her drive to unite the Goodly Races for an assault on the Kingdom of Shadow.
Chronologically, Marrwyn's account begins with her return to the Mainland after abandoning Sayid's civil war of usurpation in Petara. It chronicles the entirety of the Prophet's War and Alexandria's Crusade, gives one of the accounts of the Martyrdom, and concludes with Marrwyn's (and others') efforts to lead the survivors home safely from the Kingdom of Shadow.
Marrwyn's account is unique in that it often deals with Alexandria's ethical compromises and necessary but distasteful alliances, as well as her capability for outright ruthlessness and deception.
Alexandria's Portrayal
Marrwyn generally portrays Alexandria as emotionally cold and ever-calculating, at one time suggesting Alexandria would willingly sacrifice anyone or do anything in pursuit of her Crusade. Alexandria is also, at times, seen as being quick to annoy or anger, especially at interpersonal strife amogst The Stand, an exception to the general emotionlessness with which Alexandria is portrayed here.
