Located in the Peteran capital of Narhal Hadrad. Founded by Sayid (?) during Alexandria's earthbound period, it was originally dedicated to teaching the Peterans the new (to them) art of Divine Spellcasting. In later years, the Crimson Arcane also gravitated toward the institution. It now serves as the primary center of Petaran magical scholarship.
This university only produces specialists and does not teach large portions of the Necromancy school, and does not allow Necromancer specialists, reflecting the Petaran disdain of the school.
