To satisfy the aristocracy's insatiable appetite to socialize, there are several ornate Festhalls operating in Wessia. The Festhalls are typically equipped with a large formal ballroom and several back rooms decorated to various tastes to serve needs from business meetings, lounging, gambling, dining, and discreet liaisons. Normally there are 1 to 3 parties in the city at any one night, and the Festhalls all employ a staff of cooks, waiters, porters, musicians, entertainers and private security to meet the needs of the guests.
