This is Kib's closest sibling (I forget if it's his page or somewhere else where that's mentioned). Jillian was too old to really have a lot in common with Kib, and Tana was the last child before Lilia's death, so she got a lot of attention that has distanced Kib from her in subtle ways. If any of the siblings have remained loyal to Kib throughout the period of turmoil that has become their personal lives, Lea has. -Slitherrr
