Fenn Lynrick is the former Captain of the [[Wydmoor Free City|Wydmoor]] merchant district for [[Edrell Odenthorpe]]'s [[Wydmoor City Guard|City Guard]]. Lynrick is a relative newcomer to Wydmoor, and was appointed by Edrell when he assumed the [[Sheriff of Wydmoor|Sheriff]]'s office. He is fairly lax about enforcing laws in the merchant district, particularly in regards to collecting taxes for the [[Mayor of Wydmoor|Mayor]] and preventing smugglers. Fenn appears to be a relentlessly upbeat and positive individual, quick with a smile or joke. However, this friendly demeanor only barely covers up his sadistic brand of sociopathy. Dangerous, and takes joy in using needlessly horrific acts of violence for purposes of intimidation. He also generally seems to be tremendously lazy, self-serving, and undisciplined, although his long chain of successes in the name of his organization suggest that at least two of traits are perhaps an elaborate ruse.
