The capital and third largest of the three major coastal cities in Celestia. In the centuries before Alexandria, it was a thriving pirate enclave. It was the base of operations for Joshua Pryce during the Celestian war for independence and, as such, became the Celestian capital after victory. It is a Crown Charter City, administered directly by the Celestian Overchief and a source of most crown revenue as it is the major port of customs with all other Mainland ports, in the same way that Ianian is the customs port for Petaran trade.
