::: Errr, I editfailed this. It works just like scribe scroll in every way, except runes are way more expensive than a comparable scroll, because they can be activated by anyone who knows how, rather than a spell which can only be used by a knowledgeable caster.

Are runes a common way to store one-use magical stuff? -66.207.91.56

They are an uncommon way, and mostly among dwarves. -gm
It's essentially a feat much like Scribe Scroll, except more expensive. -gm

Errr, I editfailed this. It works just like scribe scroll in every way, except runes are way more expensive than a comparable scroll, because they can be activated by anyone who knows how, rather than a spell which can only be used by a knowledgeable caster.
